Next Meeting

Hey peeps, 

our next meeting will fall on 1 May 2010, Saturday.

We have decided to meet up with individual group so as to facilitate things in a more efficient way. 

Please take note of your meeting time. Do send a notice to us if you're unable to make it at that time or on that day.

a) Finance - 2pm - 3pm

b) Programming (+Logistics)  - 3.30pm to 5.30pm *Mercy Relief needs the programme list asap. Let's prepare some ideas at home before coming down. Things work faster this way, agree? 

c) Marketing (+ Admin) - 6pm to 7.30pm *Please send emails to schools to ask for permission to hold fundraising event. We need their replies asap.

Let's meet at our usual meeting place (National Library outside Cafe HANis)

Please have your meals before coming (unless you don't mind eating at the cafe:)
